Sonal Kumar is an Assistant Professor in the Finance Department at Âé¶¹Ó°Òô. She received her Ph.D. in Corporate Finance from Concordia University, Montreal, Canada. Her teaching interests include financial management, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and behavioral finance. Dr. Kumar’s research focuses on corporate governance, social responsibility, and the broader impact of corporate policies in a global context. Her work has been published in journals such as Finance Research Letters, Managerial Finance, and Small Business Economics. She has also presented her research at leading academic conferences, including the Financial Management Association (FMA), Southern Finance Association (SFA), Behavioral Finance Working Group (BFWG), and the Academy of Management (AOM).
